1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all sales of products on the Perfumo site (hereinafter “the Site”), published by the company AB CONCEPT.
By placing an order on the Site, the customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale on the Site are perfumes and related accessories. Each product is accompanied by a description specifying its essential characteristics.
AB CONCEPT reserves the right to modify the range of products offered or to temporarily or permanently withdraw a product.

3. Price

The prices indicated on the Site are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), including applicable VAT.
Delivery costs are not included and will be added to the order amount upon final validation.
AB CONCEPT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

To place an order on the Site, the customer must:

Select the desired products and add them to the cart.

Check the contents of your basket and click on “Confirm order”.

Provide accurate information for delivery and payment.

Accept these T&Cs.

The order is only considered final after confirmation by email from AB CONCEPT.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, transfer or any other means offered on the Site.
Payment is secure and debited at the time of ordering.
In the event of refusal of payment by the banking establishment, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
The delivery times indicated are given for information purposes only and do not constitute a firm commitment.
In the event of a delay in delivery, AB CONCEPT will inform the customer by email.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be specified before the order is confirmed.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

8. Guarantees

All products sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
In case of defective product, the customer must contact AB CONCEPT to arrange return and replacement or refund.

9. Liability

AB CONCEPT cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold, nor for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, carrier, weather conditions, etc.).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of AB CONCEPT or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal data

The information collected during the order is necessary for order processing and commercial relations.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data, which they can exercise by contacting AB CONCEPT.

12. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
